The WIN Council established in March 1995, is the coordinating body of the 104 WECs based at community centres and clubs. The Council sets the directions for WECs to inspire more women to lead in and contribute to the community.

Activities and programmes organised by the WECs help in galvanising women from all walks of life to promote community bonding, nurture the young and help the less fortunate.
