The butterfly motif soaring in flight depicts the Women's Integration Network (WIN) Council's mission of advancing and enhancing women's roles in the community. The four distinct wing parts reflect the dynamic interaction of Singapore's four major racial groups. Overlapping at the centre, the converging feature connotes WIN Council's collaborative efforts and synergy with grassroots organisations towards achieving its mission. The People's Association (PA) logo is incorporated in the butterfly motif to reflect the close link between WIN Council Women's Executive Committees and the PA. The wavy leaf shape gives the logo a feminine touch.

向上飞舞的蝶形图案代表妇女执委理事会的使命是促进与加强妇女在社区中的角色。其中蝴蝶的四片翅膀清楚可见，反映出我国四大民族的积极互动与交流。中间的重叠部分则形成了一个交汇点，说明妇女执委理事会为完成使命而与基层组织共同努力，发挥协同效性。此外，人协的标志也加入蝴蝶图案以反映妇女执委理事会／妇女执行委员会与人协之间的密切关系。至于波浪式的叶形则为图案增添几许女性的气质。
