3. Contest Criteria
   • General Conditions

     By participating in the Contest, Entrants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the following Official Contest Rules and Regulations, which are final and binding:

   • Eligibility
     1. This contest is open to all the People's Association (PA) Women's Executive Committees (WECs).
     2. All entries should be submitted online through the Women's Integration Network Council website at www.wincouncil.org.sg by 9 Aug 2009 using the account assigned by the PA Women's Programmes Unit. For WECs' website representatives who have forgotten the account log in password, please contact the Women's Programmes Unit at 63405297 or email women_programmes_unit@pa.gov.sg.
   • Entries
     4. Each participating WEC is allowed to submit only 1 entry for the contest.
     5. Any submission containing objectionable contents (eg. sexually explicit, vulgar, religiously or politically co notated, pornographic or slanderous materials) would be immediately disqualified.
     6. The duration of the on-line submission of the slide show should be limited to 5 minutes.
     7. Language medium use is English and Chinese
     8. Entry files must be named after the WEC submitting the entry.
   • Judging Criteria
     9. All eligible entries in the Contest will be judged by the WIN Council appointed judges based on:
        
        1. Theme (25%)
        2. Creativity and Originality (25%)
        3. Album Presentation - Graphic Display & Audio Effect (25%)
        4. Voting - 25%

        The entries will be uploaded on the website and opened to the WECs and members of the public to vote online for their favourite album. 1 identification number (NRIC/FIN No.) qualifies for 1 voting right.

   • Contest Agreement
     10. Participating WECs must be the sole copyright owner of their respective entries.
     11. Entrants must ensure that all content materials (visuals and audios) are not prohibited by law including copyright law.
     12. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the PA, WIN Council.
     13. All WECs participating in the contest are required to grant the PA, WIN Council free usage rights of their entries.
     14. Entries must not have won prizes in other contests.
     15. Winners of the contest will be notified by email, circulars or phone. The winning 3 entries will also be acknowledged and displayed on the website.
     16. Judges' decision are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
     17. Prizes not collected by 21 December 2009 will be forfeited.
